50 States Blanket Part 3 – Colorado to Georgia

This post is for the states from Colorado to Georgia. I love how my Florida turned out! I used colors that kinda reminded me of Miami Vice.

So remember if you are making the 50 states blanket, you will see an H-8 (5 mm) crochet hook and weight 4 yarn. I loved that I ate up some yarn in my yarn stash for this project. If you are impatient and want all of the charts now, you can find the complete pattern in our Etsy shop (which is a pdf and can easily be printed).

You can also use these charts to make anything you want in addition to the blanket. I have made throw pillows from these charts. The instructions I am going to have below are single crochet graphgan, but you can also use the charts for corner to corner crochet.

Instructions for chart

Chain 41 loosely in background color.

Row 1: Sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, 40 sc.  You will begin at the arrow.

Rows 2-40: Following the chart (on the next page) work sc in each sc.

Fasten off.
